Diskin Cider has announced it's autumn 2025 cocktails! Each one is crafted with the bold, fruit-forward flavors that Nashville’s first craft cidery is known for. Whether you’re into cozy spices, crisp citrus, or a little heat, there’s something on the fall menu waiting for you.
Diskin Cider's Fall Cocktail Lineup:
Caramel Apple Chai-Der – Warm spice meets orchard sweetness in this caramel apple twist on chai.
The Pipeline – Smooth and balanced with notes of citrus and star anise, perfect for sipping slow.
Bramble On – A bold mix of blackberry and citrus layered over cider, equal parts refreshing and dramatic.
Hot Mess Mary – A fiery, cidery spin on the classic Bloody Mary — savory, spicy, and unapologetic.
Nates on a Plane – Bright, citrusy, and just a little extra, finished with a burst of seasonal flavor.
About Diskin Cider
Located in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, Diskin Cider has been bringing craft cider culture to Music City since 2018. Their tasting room is open Thursday through Sunday and offers a rotating menu of ciders, cocktails, and events in a lively, dog-friendly space. Families are welcome too — with house-made NA cider “Little Ansley” ready for the kids.

Parking is limited (this is Nashville, after all), but you’ll find street parking and overflow access at 1300 Martin St. after hours. Paid lots are also nearby.
