More Than Drinks: Raising Awareness for Tennessee’s Land
Honeytree Meadery isn’t just fundraising—it’s advocating for the protection of Tennessee’s rapidly deteriorating ecosystems, emphasizing the importance of deforestation prevention, biodiversity conservation, and indigenous land rights.
In a recent statement, the meadery called for action:
“We live in an age of ceaseless deforestation and environmental destruction. This is our Tennessee, and you can pry it from our cold, dead Appalachian hands before we give up the fight for its preservation and restoration.”
With an ethos of environmental justice and sustainability, Honeytree aims to educate and mobilize the Nashville community to support conservation and responsible land management.
