Living Waters Brewing Expands to Nashville’s West Side

NASHVILLE, TN – February 25, 2025 Living Waters Brewing has announced plans to open a second location on the city’s west side. The brewery, known for its creative small-batch brews and coffee, will soon set up shop at 4909 Indiana Ave, the former home of Czann’s Brewing, which closed in late 2024 following owner Ken Rebman’s retirement.

The new location is expected to open this spring, with plans to eventually move much of Living Waters’ production to the west side while keeping its barrel-aging program at the original East Nashville facility at 1056 E Trinity Ln.

“We’re excited to join our friends on the west side and will share more as it develops leading up to the opening,” the brewery shared in its announcement.

Living Waters has also teased a soon-to-be-announced food partner, adding to the growing list of reasons for beer lovers to check out the new space.
