Marble Fox Brewing Company dropped two new barrel aged beers today, available in bottles and on tap for the entire weekend. This release highlights careful aging choices, thoughtful blending, and connections to local spirits producers that Nashville beer fans love.
First up is Eternal Remedy, an imperial stout aged in both bourbon and rye barrels with hand picked barrels from Southern Collective Spirit Co. The beer is then blended and conditioned on toasted coconut, vanilla, and warm cinnamon. The profile leans rich, warm, and dessert-adjacent without losing its stout backbone.
Next is Double Barreled Hans, a barleywine aged first in Leiper’s Fork whiskey barrels and then rested in Belle Meade rye barrels. Expect notes of toffee, dark fruit, and caramelized sugar. Whiskey warmth and rye spice shape a slow sipping experience that feels perfect for colder weekends.
