Nashville Craft Distillery to Close After Nine Years in Wedgewood-Houston

Nashville, TN – March 1, 2025 – After nearly a decade in operation, Nashville Craft Distillery will officially close its doors at the end of March. The beloved Wedgewood-Houston distillery, known for its small-batch spirits and in-depth educational tours, is shutting down as its 514 Hagan St. location makes way for new development.

Rather than relocate, owner and head distiller Bruce Boeko has decided to take his expertise into the classroom, stepping into a new role as Program Director of the Distilled Spirits Program at Motlow State Community College.

Final Weeks: Tours, Tastings & Bottles

Fans of Nashville Craft Distillery still have a chance to visit before the end of the month. The distillery will host its final tours on March 15-16, offering one last opportunity to experience Boeko’s signature deep-dive into the distilling process.

For the remainder of March, the tasting room will be open for cocktails, bottle sales, and tastings through March 30. As a farewell bonus, customers who purchase a 750-milliliter bottle will receive a free Nashville Craft rocks glass, while supplies last. The distillery is also offering 50% off all merchandise as it winds down operations.

For those who want to stock up before it’s too late, Boeko recommends grabbing a bottle of Nashville Craft Traditional Bourbon Whisk(e)y, a current favorite. And if you’ve ever enjoyed a cocktail at the tasting room, you’re in luck—the distillery is releasing recipes for every cocktail they’ve ever served on their website.

Business Hours Until Closing

  • Tuesday–Thursday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Friday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: Noon – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: Noon – 5 p.m.

With this chapter closing, Nashville’s spirits community is losing a local favorite, but Boeko’s next role ensures his knowledge and passion will continue to influence the industry. Nashville Craft Distillery will pour its last drink on March 30—get your final visit in while you can.
