Southern Grist Passes the Torch to Xul Beer Co.

By the end of the year, Xul Beer Company—a Knoxville-based brewery known for its innovative beers—will take over Southern Grist’s current locations.
While Southern Grist prepares to celebrate its 10th anniversary, this shift marks both an ending and a new beginning. The brewery emphasized that Southern Grist will “always be part of the story,” living on in spirit as Xul brings its Knoxville-crafted creations to Music City.
