Spring Cocktails & Great Vibes at Monday Night Preservation Co.

Last month, we had the wonderful opportunity to attend a Spring Cocktail Party at Monday Night Preservation Co., and it was the perfect way to step into the new season.

From the start, the vibes were bright, social, and relaxed. The space made it easy to move around, grab a drink, and settle in, whether you were inside the taproom or out on the patio.

A First Taste of Spring

The event featured a sneak peek of their Spring Cocktail Menu, and the drinks delivered. While Monday Night is known for its beer program, the cocktails really stood out.

A few favorites from the menu:

Limoncello Spritz with house made limoncello, cava, and Topo Chico. Light, citrus forward, and easy to drink

Gin & Juice with Sneaky Pete gin and house made green juice. Fresh, bright, and one of the most unique options on the menu

Blackberry Mule with Sneaky Pete vodka, blackberry, lime, and ginger beer. Slightly tart with a clean finish

Strawberry Margarita with Pedro Furtivo reposado, lime, and strawberry. Balanced and not overly sweet

Easy Breezy Fizz with gin, lemon, elderflower, and cucumber. Crisp and refreshing with subtle floral notes

Everything felt intentional and well balanced, with flavors that really fit the season.

Monday Night Preservation Co. is a full service taproom with 24 draft beers, but the cocktail program holds its own. They also offer wine and non beer options, so it works for a wide range of preferences.

The Space

Located at 1308 Adams Street, this spot is part of the Neuhoff development, a former meatpacking facility that has been redeveloped into a waterfront destination. The taproom has a lot of room to spread out, plus a solid mix of indoor seating and outdoor space. It works well for casual hangouts, group meetups, and events like this one.

Token Tuesday runs all day every Tuesday, from open to close (12PM to 10PM), with buy one get one free on any beer
Hump Day Happy Hour happens every Wednesday from 4PM to 8PM, featuring $8 Sneaky Pete cocktails and $5 Yacht Waters

We love what Monday Night Preservation Co. is doing! Strong cocktail menu, welcoming atmosphere, and a fun, relaxing space to spend time with friends in! We cannot recommend their cocktail menu enough and can't wait to come back!
